- More info about the website and the accepting process - WDW ofc - Storytimes - Me (haha) - Questions so you limelights can comment Many of you have been accepted luckily. However, there were some who got rejected or waitlisted. In college, waitlisted means you technically got accepted but not really, and if someone turns down their spot at that college, there is a chance you would get accepted. This happened to Corbyn's girlfriend Christina when she applied to her dream school FIT.... and she got accepted after being waitlisted!
In this case, waitlisted here at WDWU means your application has been incomplete The most important part of your application is the reason why you want to attend, not just cause of WDW. Here are some submissions I got when I asked, "Why do you want to attend WDWU?" "Hehwhsh" "Idk" "Cause I want to" There's more, but I want a reason, like a real one not just "idk" And what is also considered incomplete is not filling out the other stuff like YOUR NAME, THE YEAR YOU ARE GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL, AND YOUR INSTAGRAM (OR OTHER) USERNAME You must fill that out or you will be waitlisted So what happens if you are waitlisted? You can always reapply and fill everything out So how do you get rejected? This only happened to a few people who didn't write a proper reason why they want to attend WDWU (see above answers). Sometimes, I have second thoughts about someone. So I do an interview with them through Instagram DM. Here is what happened to someone who got rejected, and I won't reveal who it is, I did an interview with them "So are you @" "Yeah y?" "Just making sure" "K" "So how much do you want to attend WDWU?" "Like a lot" "Like how much on a scale of 1-10?" "10" "Really?" "Ya" "It doesn't seem like it (thats the test question)" then she left me on read for a while The conversation kept going but she was being plain and only saying "Yes" "No" "Oh" "K" "OK" I really can't stand people who send messages like that Eventually, I wasn't feeling it so I decided she should eventually reapply and try again And yes, if you get rejected, you can always reapply too, and plz fill everything out and have a good reason with you How do you know if you got accepted or rejected? or waitlisted? Either you won't get a reply from me or I'll send a letter through DM Is this a real school?
Sadly No, this is just a community where limelights can meet others. I even made "schedules" and "electives" and even "athletics" like provided at schools. But in my opinion, I hope we do have a WDWU Why did you decided to create a website? I took photography as my elective this year and our first assignments required us to create a website using Weebly so that way, we can upload our photos for later assignments. I enjoyed making the website and we learned many features about Weebly. I didn't want my knowledge go to waste and I got bored. How can I "apply" here? https://wdwu.weebly.com/application-process.html Copy and Paste, or simply click APPLICATION PROCESS on top of this page I will get a notification and I'll add you on the website Who made this? Do you have any social media? Yes, my Instagram is @wdwcvey and it's available on the contacts page How old are you? Are you really in college? Haha No, I am 15 and I am a sophomore in high school So what happens after I apply? I would strongly recommend to DM me after you applied. And also choose an elective if you want Do I have to join a sport? No, not at all. If you want, you can always give me suggestions for a new sport or elective, which is why I have an other option What happens if I apply without submitting my username? Then I won't be able to add you on my website. I would need your first name, Instagram username, and the year you are graduating high school How can I be involved with the website? As of now, I would need help with the ABOUT THE PROFESSORS page aka the WDW members description, I made one for Zach as an example |
